A gold medal summer
This summer flew by, and now it’s hard to believe that fall is days away and the kids are all back in school. The last few months have been a whirlwind of activity at Rustici, including our own office Summer Olympics, which featured our version of a decathlon relay, Wordle competitions and more. Some won gold, while my team took the ‘other gold.’

While we do love the fun games, we take awards for being a top place to work pretty seriously around here. This summer, we topped two lists, and kept our streak alive. We won the Nashville Business Journal’s Best Places to Work Award for the 15th consecutive year and a first for us in the “Large Company” category! But the awards weren’t just for our mantle. We medaled twice at the Brandon Hall Group HCM Awards, winning gold with our Content Controller customer LOMA and securing a bronze for Alarm.com’s use of Content Controller.

We couldn’t be more proud of these accomplishments with our customers and continuing the streak of being a Best Place to Work. We’re taking this energy boost with us as we head into fall and buckle up for a jam packed few months ahead!
