AI in our products
June 2024, Issue 23
Coming soon: AI in our products
When it comes to AI, with a little imagination, you can find ways to put it to use for almost any application. It’s not a matter of if you’ll find a use case to leverage this capability, but how, where and when you’ll add it to your developer toolbox to help accelerate product development.

For us, we’ve been thoughtful about where and how AI makes sense in our world. We don’t want to just use AI for the sake of touting “AI is now in our products!” We often talk about using the right tool for the job to be done -- usually that’s in the context of which eLearning standard to use. But we’re a pedantic bunch of critical thinkers, so the challenge for us became -- where would it make sense to incorporate AI capabilities into our products? We wanted to find the right problem set where it makes sense to apply AI tooling that will provide value to our customers before rolling out anything new. But the time is coming soon…

TL:DR - We found some good use cases, and you’ll see AI-driven capabilities coming by the end of the year.

Happy summer reading!
